High-Tech Supply Chain Optimization

Managed a business-critical project focused on selecting and onboarding new suppliers, followed by the movement of parts to these suppliers. Conducted under contract at Prodrive, the project involved coordinating various stakeholders, including sourcing managers, purchasers, development teams, and other key players. We employed a clear, structured approach to supplier selection, onboarding and product movements. I personally visited all the most promising suppliers for the first quality audit-based contract manufacturer company analysis. The project encompassed diverse categories such as mechanics, electromechanics, and other critical areas for business continuity. Notably, it achieved significant cost savings, improved quality and minimized geopolitical supply chain risks.
