Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all consultation requests made through thijssensps.com and to the consultations that follow from them, provided by Thijssens Project Solutions (KVK 91243378), owner Ron Thijssens.

Requests and confirmation

• A consultation request made through this website is not binding for either party.
• An agreement only exists once Ron Thijssens has confirmed the request by email.
• Ron may decline a request, or propose another date or time, without giving a reason.

Rate

• The rate is €150 per hour, excluding VAT, unless a different rate has been agreed in writing.
• Prices shown on the website are estimates based on the requested duration.

Invoicing and payment

• After confirmation, the fee is invoiced through a payment link sent by email.
• Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the meeting.
• If you cancel later than 24 hours before the meeting, or do not attend, the full fee is due.
• Ron may reschedule a confirmed meeting if necessary. In that case, a new time is agreed together, or any amount already paid is refunded.

Advice and liability

• Advice is given to the best of our knowledge and ability, based on the information you provide.
• You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on that advice.
• Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the consultation concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost profit, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Confidentiality

We treat all information you share during a consultation as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your permission.

Applicable law

These terms and all agreements with Thijssens Project Solutions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
