PCBA Production Mapping and Optimization

Lean Six Sigma improvement project of half a year was undertaken to enhance the delivery reliability of the SMD and Through-hole production lines. The value stream was mapped and a set of Lean Six Sigma tools was applied to identify and implement various improvements within this value stream. Throughout this process, a culture of continuous improvement was cultivated within the organization to foster improvement initiatives.
